NANCY ANDRADE (Percy Talbott) is honored to be playing the role of Percy for the third time! She has directed & choreographed numerous productions across South Florida, including West Side Story, Cabaret, A Chorus Line, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. As an actor, some of her favorite roles have been Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Marcy in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Marta in Company, Connie in A Chorus Line, Anita in West Side Story, The Baker's Wife in Into The Woods, and most recently, the title role in the play, Sylvia. Nancy also proudly co-founded The S.H.I.N.E. Project and serves on the board of directors at Miami Acting Company as Artistic Director. When she's not involved in theatre, she's still taking the stage as an event emcee, a motivational speaker and an award winning fitness instructor. Nancy is grateful to have the opportunity to work with this incredibly talented cast!
IRENE GONZALEZ (Shelby Thorpe) is thrilled to once again be performing as Shelby in The Spitfire Grill with The S.H.I.N.E. Project! Irene has been involved in theatre for over 15 years and was most recently seen as Dolores in the World Premiere of the new musical Always Remember, Donna in Mamma Mia!, Miss Hannigan in Annie, Daniela in In the Heights, Maria in The Sound of Music, Nancy in Oliver!, Sally in Cabaret, Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, Sister Leo in Nunsense, Anna in Closer, Peg in You've Got Hate Mail, Kathy in Company, and Nellie in Jekyll & Hyde. She is also the winner of the 2022 Broadway World Regional Miami Metro Award for Best Performer in a Musical for her performance as Donna in Mamma Mia!. She would like to lift up her glass of wine and make a flippin' toast to her awesome family & friends, as well as her dog, Vino.
MARINA ANDRADE (Hannah Ferguson) is humbled to be filling the role of Hannah Ferguson. As a theater brat, she's intimately familiar with the ins and outs of theater production and performance, having been an observer in the wings for The Spitfire Grill in particular 2 previous times! She would like to thank her girlfriend, Katherine, her two cats Korra and Sierra, and her mom for accepting her and showing faith and confidence in her talent and ability. CHARLES BENITEZ (Sheriff Joe Sutter) is a Blacktino with a BA in theatre. He is a youth coach by day/ actor by night. He is currently debuting as a director for a jr show at the Seminole theatre as well as acting in Spitfire Grill (Sheriff Joe) with the SHINE project. Previous credits include; In the Heights (Benny), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Mitch) and Aida (Radames), and West Side Story In Concert. DANIEL SANCHEZ (Caleb Thorpe) is a working actor in the Miami Metro area and is proud to be making his professional debut! He has been seen in many roles over the past years such as Juan in Yerma, Doug Panch in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Max in The Play That Goes Wrong, Kevin in In The Heights, Thernardier in Les Miserables and Vasili in Swan song. He would like to thank God, his family, friends, teachers, and anyone else who has supported him in making his dream a reality.
STEPHANIE FRITZ (Effy Krayneck) is a Miami native and karaoke aficionado who loves being the life of the party. She is grateful to be part of such an amazing project and have the opportunity to work with such a stellar cast. Some of her favorite roles include Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Columbia in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Stephanie would like to thank her amazing daughter, husband, family, and friends for always supporting her and her passions.
CHRISTOPHER PHELAN (The Visitor) is excited to join the cast of The Spitfire Grill in his second appearance as The Visitor. He got involved in theatre by accident. In 2008, while spending time as a spectator at his then-girlfriend's theatre rehearsals, he became good friends with the director and cast of that show. In 2014, he was asked to join the cast of The Spitfire Grill as a last-minute replacement in this non-speaking role. He's humbled to be asked back. Having no previous acting experience, Christopher is really enjoying exploring the nuances of this show and character. And to do it with good friends makes it even better!
